No Gym, No Problem!

In any given week, I try to make gym appearances a priority…but sometimes, it just doesn’t quite shake out that way.  When time is short or we don’t want to load up the kids, we try and sneak in a quick at-home workout.  This is just one of our quick, body weight workouts, that gets your heart rate up and burns your sweet buns!  This is also a great way to get your whole family moving.  All you need is a couple minutes and of course some rockin’ music!

This is known as a “HIIT” workout which just means high-intensity interval training.  Nothing fancy just push yourself for short intervals with brief rests for a set amount of time.  Basically, give it your all until you can’t go anymore!

The amount of workout resources available to us are incredible and it is up to you to get your bum moving!!  It is always important too to know your body and appreciate your strengths.
